- Regular attendance is highly recommended.
- Thick, foam mat available at Target or Walmart.
- Yoga strap. Blocks (optional), eye mask.
- A lightweight blanket AND a large towel.
- Wear clothing which does not inhibit or restrict movement. Bare feet, unless you’re cold.
- Please do not wear perfume or any strong scent.
- Please no chewing gum or food in class. Bring water to drink.
- Plan on arriving 15 minutes before the starting time. If you are entering late and there is a place for you in the room, please do not disturb anyone as you unroll your mat and get settled. If there is no place for you in the room, please do not come in.
- Please inform me if you have medical or physical problems which could interfere with full participation, and adaptations will be suggested.
- Please leave all cell phones in the car or respectfully turn them off while class is in session.
- If you must leave before the class ends, please leave before the deep relaxation where there will be a break. Let me know at the beginning of the class if you are planning on leaving early that day. Don’t worry about taking my time, I would like to know.
- It is recommended that you eat at least 2 hours before class.
